University Home Care Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated Home Care Workers to provide exceptional in-home care to clients in Hartland, MI. This role involves supporting clients with daily living activities, promoting their independence, and ensuring their comfort and safety in a friendly and respectful manner. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Help with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Provide medication reminders and support adherence to prescribed treatment plans. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and organizing living spaces. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' wellbeing. Monitor and report any changes in client's condition to supervisors or medical personnel. Follow all safety protocols and maintain confidentiality regarding client information. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or home health care is an advantage. Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting and assisting clients. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a professional attitude.
