Job Description

Job Overview We are urgently seeking compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants and Care Givers to join our vibrant team. In this vital role, you will provide exceptional support and personalized care to individuals across various settings, including residential care homes, assisted living facilities, and community-based environments. Kalamazoo, Portage MI and nearby communities

Schedule:

Full-time or part-time

Shifts:

Morning, afternoon, and weekends available Pay frequency: Weekly Main responsibilities Help clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, etc.) Provide companionship and emotional support Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping Give medication reminders Assist with mobility and transfers when needed Document care provided during each visit Requirements Compassionate, dependable, and professional Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Pass a background check Caregiving experience preferred, but not required Hoyer lift experience is a plus English proficiency required Benefits 401(k) with matching 403(b) Health insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Life insurance Paid time off Flexible scheduling Paid training Professional development assistance Referral program Is this a good opportunity?
