Job Description

GENERAL SUMMARY

The purpose of this job is to supervise the safety and security of juvenile court wards and provide both positive reinforcement and discipline.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and ensure the safety and security of all residents and facility staff. Possess clear knowledge of and adhere to all facility policies and procedures. Ensure individual and group interaction with residents. Conduct individual and group interactions with co-workers and administration. Paperwork/information management. Perform related work as required.
