We are seeking a Direct Support Professional Leader to join our team in providing essential community living supports and personal care based on individualized service plans. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and ensuring their needs are met. We are seeking a Direct Support Professional Leader to join our team in providing essential community living supports and personal care based on individualized service plans. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities Implement individualized service plans and assist with daily living activities (ADLs) Observe and document patient behaviors and progress Ensure a safe and clean living environment Assist with medication administration as needed Foster positive relationships with residents to promote their well-being Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in group home or direct support roles preferred Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient care practices Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities Strong communication skills and compassion for others Ability to lift heavy objects as required by the job duties.
