Demonstrate knowledge of behavioral health principles when interacting with patients. Skills Strong patient service skills with a focus on empathy and compassion. Experience in a medical office or clinical setting is preferred. Familiarity with Cerner or other electronic medical record systems is advantageous. Understanding of physiology and basic medical terminology. Ability to work efficiently Capability to lift patients safely while following proper techniques. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
