Job Description

Job Overview Join our healthcare team as a Resident Care Assistant, providing compassionate support to clients during evening and overnight hours. This role is essential in maintaining our clients' quality of life, dignity, and independence in their homes or care facilities.
Responsibilities Personal Care & Daily Living Support:
Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and feeding
Medication Management:
Administer medications and provide catheter care as directed
Health Monitoring:
Chart, document, and take detailed notes on client condition and care provided
Meal Preparation:
Plan, prepare, and serve nutritious meals; clean kitchen areas
Household Maintenance:
Perform laundry, house cleaning, and maintain safe living environments
Emotional Support:
Provide companionship and social interaction
Safety & Compliance:
Maintain safety standards and follow all healthcare protocols
Team Communication:
Collaborate with healthcare team and family members Requirements Successful completion of background check Medical clearance required Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly Capable of climbing step ladder safely Able to walk/move unencumbered throughout shift Reliable transportation for evening/overnight hours These shifts are perfect for night owls, students, or anyone 24-32 hours while making a real impact in healthcare.
Pay:
$14.50 - $16.00 per hour
