As a vital member of our caregiving team, you will help promote independence, safety, and well-being for those in your care. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support using proper patient transfer methods such as Hoyer lifts and manual handling techniques Monitor patients' vital signs, observe changes in condition, and communicate findings to healthcare professionals to ensure optimal care Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and assist with meal planning and preparation Administer medications accurately following care plans while adhering to HIPAA regulations to protect patient privacy Support patients with cognitive impairments such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease through specialized memory care and dementia care techniques Maintain detailed documentation of patient care activities, progress notes, and incident reports in compliance with healthcare standards Provide transportation assistance for medical appointments or community outings, ensuring safe patient transfer and mobility support Requirements Compassionate, dependable, and professional Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Pass a background check Caregiving experience preferred, but not required Hoyer lift experience is a plus English proficiency required Is this a good opportunity?
