We're hiring a Full-Time Weekday Floating Personal Care Assistant to join our growing team! This is a unique opportunity for a reliable caregiver who enjoys variety and is comfortable working with different clients. As a floating PCA, you will provide coverage for clients when regular caregivers are unavailable due to call-offs, emergencies, vacations, appointments, or other scheduling needs. You are guaranteed to be paid for 30 hours every week, even if the actual hours worked are less than 30. Any hours worked over the guaranteed 30 hours will be paid at the regular hourly rate. Job Summary We are seeking a caring, dependable, and flexible Personal Care Assistant to provide coverage and essential support to clients throughout the week. You may work with different clients and in different settings depending on the needs of our team. The ideal candidate is someone who can adapt quickly, is comfortable meeting new clients, and can respond when coverage is needed.
