We're hiring a Weekend Floating Personal Care Assistant to join our growing team! This position is ideal for a dependable caregiver who enjoys helping others and is comfortable working with different clients. As a weekend floater, you will provide coverage when regular caregivers are unavailable due to call-offs, emergencies, vacations, appointments, or other unexpected staffing needs. You are guaranteed to be paid for 15 hours every week, even if the actual hours worked are less than 15. Any hours worked over the guaranteed 15 hours will be paid at the regular hourly rate. Job Summary We are seeking a caring, reliable, and flexible Personal Care Assistant to provide weekend coverage for clients who need assistance with daily living activities. You may work with different clients throughout the weekend depending on coverage needs. The ideal candidate is dependable, adaptable, and ready to step in when our clients need care.
