Job Description

Responsibilities/Qualifications We are seeking compassionate and experienced MedTechs to provide care to our residents in Orion, MI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others, possess excellent communication skills, and foster genuine relationships with seniors.
Responsibilities:
Assisting clients with activities of daily living, specifically but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, incontinence care, etc. Providing companionship and emotional support to clients. Maintaining the cleanliness of the environment which may include light housekeeping. Reporting any changes in the resident's condition to the supervisor. Communicate in a professional manner with families, support services, and coworkers of Homestead. Comply with all safety and health standards, including infection control procedures. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years old. High school diploma or GED. Able to pass a criminal background check. Experience working with the elderly. Able to lift 50 pounds. Every other weekend is required. Reliable transportation. Valid Driver's license or ID. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to arrive on time for every shift. Every other weekend is required.
