What You'll Actually Do:
Be the patient experience champion- You'll be the first friendly face patients see, gathering their stories, conducting preliminary exams, and running diagnostic tests that actually matter for their care Work with cutting-edge tech
- Get hands-on with advanced diagnostic equipment for visual acuity, tonometry, retinal imaging, and more (we'll teach you everything!) Keep our tech running smooth
- Maintain and calibrate high-tech equipment to ensure everything works perfectly Support specialized procedures
- Assist with LASIK, eye surgeries, and other procedures where precision makes all the difference Collaborate with an amazing team
- Work alongside ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinical staff who genuinely care about both patients and each other
What We're Looking For:
