Ready to launch your career in healthcare where technology meets human connection? We're looking for a motivated Eye Care Assistant (Ophthalmic Technician/Assistant) to join our innovative team and make a real impact on people's lives.
What You'll Actually Do:
Be the patient experience champion
  • You'll be the first friendly face patients see, gathering their stories, conducting preliminary exams, and running diagnostic tests that actually matter for their care Work with cutting-edge tech
  • Get hands-on with advanced diagnostic equipment for visual acuity, tonometry, retinal imaging, and more (we'll teach you everything!) Keep our tech running smooth
  • Maintain and calibrate high-tech equipment to ensure everything works perfectly Support specialized procedures
  • Assist with LASIK, eye surgeries, and other procedures where precision makes all the difference Collaborate with an amazing team
  • Work alongside ophthalmologists, optometrists, and clinical staff who genuinely care about both patients and each other
What We're Looking For:
Great people skills and genuine empathy (this is huge!) Detail-oriented with strong observational skills Eye care experience is a plus, but we'll train the right person Excited to learn new technologies and techniques Someone who thrives in a team environment
