Job Description

Home health aides required who can provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting with daily living activities and ensuring a safe and comfortable environment.
Key Responsibilities Personal Care:
Assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting. This includes providing mobility assistance and ensuring clients can move safely within their homes.
Housekeeping Duties:
Perform light housekeeping tasks, including laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning to maintain a safe and hygienic living environment.
Companionship:
Provide emotional support and companionship to clients, engaging them in conversation and recreational activities to promote mental and emotional well-being. Assistance with
Daily Tasks:
Help clients with shopping for groceries, running errands, and managing appointments, ensuring they have everything they need for daily living.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of services provided, including daily care reports and any unusual incidents, to ensure continuity of care.
Skills and Qualifications Education:
A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
Compassionate Attitude:
A caring and supportive demeanor is essential for building strong relationships with clients.
Communication Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills are necessary for effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
Physical Stamina:
The ability to lift and assist clients as needed is important for this role.
Certifications:
certification from a nursing assistant program or equivalent is preferred.
