Available for eligible students About the Internship Candus Cares LLC is looking for caring, dependable, and motivated students interested in gaining hands-on experience in the home care field. This 30-day internship provides students with an opportunity to learn about client care, daily living assistance, and the operations of a home care organization while completing their required internship hours. School credit may be available for eligible students. Responsibilities Assist with daily activities and basic client support under appropriate supervision Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for clients Provide companionship and respectful support to clients Assist with light household tasks as appropriate Follow care instructions and company policies Communicate client needs and concerns to the appropriate team member Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect when working with clients Assist with other assigned tasks related to the internship Qualifications Currently enrolled in high school, college, vocational, or a related educational program Interested in healthcare, caregiving, social services, or a related field Compassionate, dependable, and willing to learn Good communication and interpersonal skills Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team Previous caregiving or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required What You'll Gain 30 days of hands-on home care experience School credit available for eligible students Practical experience working in a professional care environment Exposure to the daily operations of a home care organization Development of communication, teamwork, and client-support skills Valuable experience to add to your resume Interested?
