CareOne Senior Care is looking for reliable, compassionate caregivers to provide one-on-one, non-medical home care for seniors and adults throughout Southfield, Michigan . In This Role, You Will Every day is different, but your responsibilities may include: Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs Preparing meals and helping clients stay hydrated Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support Completing light housekeeping, laundry, and household organization Assisting with walking, mobility, and safe transfers Providing medication reminders as directed by the care plan Accompanying clients on errands or to appointments when needed Monitoring client well-being and reporting concerns to the appropriate office staff Documenting completed care at the end of each visit Available Schedules We offer a variety of assignments to fit different availability and schedules: Full-time and part-time positions Morning, afternoon, evening, and overnight shifts Weekday and weekend opportunities Live-in care assignments Ongoing and short-term cases Employee Benefits Competitive pay starting at $14.00-$17.00 per hour Select specialty and couples cases paying up to $22.50 per hour Weekly pay with next-day pay options Flexible scheduling based on your availability $150 caregiver referral bonus Paid orientation and continued caregiver training Opportunities for advancement within the company Mileage reimbursement for approved client transportation Optional dental, vision, disability, hospitalization, and life insurance plans Verizon Wireless employee discount Complimentary FinFit financial wellness membership We're Looking For Caregivers Who Are at least 18 years old Have a caring, dependable, and positive attitude Can work independently in a client's home Communicate professionally with clients, families, and office staff Have reliable transportation Have a valid driver's license, current vehicle registration, and auto insurance Can successfully pass a criminal background check Have a current TB test or are willing to obtain one before starting Home care, personal care, CNA, direct care, and caregiving experience are helpful but not required .
