As a Home Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and improve their quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with light housekeeping tasks and errands. Monitor clients' health and report any changes to supervisors or healthcare professionals. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare providers. Maintain accurate records of care and communicate effectively with clients and their families. Requirements Previous experience in home care or related field is a plus. Ability to provide compassionate and patient care. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
