In this role, you will provide essential support and assistance to clients in their homes, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Help with light housekeeping and errands as needed. Monitor and report changes in clients' health and well-being to family members or supervisors. Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided. Ensure a safe and clean environment for clients. Requirements Prior experience in home care or related field is a plus but not required. Ability to communicate effectively and with empathy. Reliable transportation to and from client homes in Whitmore Lake, MI. Ability to pass background checks. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
