Job Description

Must be 16 or older.

Job Summary:

A person in this position is required to work in conjunction with other staff in the over all care of adult persons with developmental disabilities. This means assisting each person based on their ability level with all aspects of living skills. This person will also work closely with the Direct Support Supervisor.

Qualifications:

Ability to work with people and be compassionate about helping others.

Major Duties & Responsibilities:

The person is responsible for but not limited to the following: 1. Implementing resident individual programs and health plans. 2. Assisting residents in their personal hygiene, social, living skills and responsibilities. 3. Taking residents to community social events. 4. Relate pertinent information on participants to the Direct Support Supervisor (DSS) and Executive Director. Must pass a criminal background check by the State of Minnesota.

Qualifications:

Must have the ability to work with people.

From $18.00 per hour
