Job Description
Divine House, Inc. is currently hiring kind, compassionate and responsible Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to work in licensed group homes in Benson, MN. A Direct Support Professional works in a home environment to assist individuals with disabilities. A DSP's duties include activities such as medication administration, grooming, dressing, shopping, cooking, laundry, cleaning and community involvement, etc. The DSP must possess basic problem-solving skills, have a strong desire to help others reach their goals, and be motivated to work as a team to improve the quality of life of the individuals served, while ensuring a safe and healthy environment. A DSP must have the ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, and be able to document accurately and legibly. It is required that they must have the ability to pass a background study and have a valid driver's license.
