In this role, you'll provide personal care, companionship, and support — ensuring every individual feels respected and dignified. Key Responsibilities:
Offer companionship and emotional support to clients. Provide standby assistance Help prepare meals. Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing. Maintain accurate records of care provided. Monitor and report any changes in the client's physical or emotional health to family members or healthcare providers.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving or related fields, such as home/community care or assisted living, is preferred. Familiarity with memory care techniques is a plus. Knowledge of care plans are helpful. nd their implementation is beneficial. Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and empathy when interacting with clients. Ability to prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs. CPR or First Aid certification is preferred but not required.
