At Compassion Connect we're seeking dedicated and caring individuals to join our team as a Direct Support Professional. In this vital role, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and heartfelt support to our residents, helping them lead fulfilling lives in a warm, welcoming environment. We currently have a full-time opening for our 7am-3pm shifts on weekdays (Monday-Friday) shift and are looking for compassionate individuals to join our team. This is a wonderful opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents while working a daytime schedule. • Assist Individuals with daily living activities such as meal preparation, personal hygiene, medication administration, household chores, and transport to appointments
• Monitor and document individual's progress and behavior
• Assist with recreational activities, community outings, and encourage healthy hobbies
• Ensure a safe and clean environment

Required:

• Previous experience working in a Care or Assisted Living setting
• Ability to work both independently and within a team
• High School Diploma or GED
• At least 18 years of age
