Direct Support Professional (DSP)•Part-Time (Set Schedule•Non-Negotiable) Read Carefully Before Applying. We have 2 shifts available. This position has a fixed schedule that cannot be changed. If you are not available for ALL listed shifts, do not apply.
Required Schedule:
A Tuesday:
1 PM•9:00
PM Thursday:
1 PM•9:00
PM Every Other Weekend:
2:00 PM•10:00
PM Required Schedule:
B Monday, Wednesday, Friday:
1 PM•9:00
PM Tuesday:
2 PM•10:00
PM Every Other Weekend:
12:00 PM•8:00 PM The schedules are mandatory and non-negotiable. About the Role Join Open Hands, Inc. as a Direct Support Professional (DSP), providing care and support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a group home setting. We are looking for reliable, committed individuals who show up, follow through, and take pride in the work they do. Key Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities (similar to PCA/CNA roles) Transport individuals to appointments and community outings Support recreational and social activities Meal preparation Medication administration Encourage independence and life skills
Duties:
