The Difference You'll Make Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility, and transfers) Administer medications per training and policy Complete accurate, timely documentation in the electronic charting system Observe and report physical or behavioral changes to nursing staff Provide companionship and support with daily engagement activities Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support resident care plans

More than 6 months of caregiving experience in senior care facility setting. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Ability to work independently while exercising sound judgment within scope of practice Strong reliability and dependability with consistent attendance and accountability Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to document care accurately and timely in required systems Strong teamwork mindset with the ability to collaborate with nurses and care team members Ability to follow care plans, supervisor direction, and established policies and procedures Ability to safely lift, move, and transfer residents in accordance with training and safety guidelines Must be at least 18 years old Rewards That Support You Competitive pay with credit for experience Medical, Dental, Vision (60+ hrs. per pay period)
