Job Description

Truecompanion Homecare LLC is currently building our caregiver team to support upcoming client placements. We are seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide non-medical home care services that support independence, comfort, and daily living activities.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming) Provide companionship and emotional support Light housekeeping and meal preparation Medication reminders (non-medical assistance only) Maintain a safe and clean environment Follow individualized care plans
Requirements:
Reliable transportation preferred Ability to pass background study (required in Minnesota) Compassionate and dependable attitude Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions Prior caregiving experience is a plus but not required
Pay:
$16.00 - $22.00 per hour
