We have immediate Part Time hours available. Supportive team environment with opportunities for growth. Small location!! Paid Training!! Driver's License NOT required!! No experience necessary! As a DSP, you will provide essential support to individuals with disabilities, with activities of daily living, medication administration, personal cares, and meal preparation helping those individuals live independently and maintain a high quality of life. Direct Support Professional Qualifications:
Minimum 18 years of age. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with a diverse range of individuals. A demonstrated customer-service approach to work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to self-motivate and effectively manage time and shift priorities. Ability to effectively communicate with the resident and provider. Must be able to read, write, understand, and speak English in order to ensure accurate communication and documentation. Must pass a background check and meet other employment requirements. Accessible Space is not your ordinary care provider!
