Mains'l Services is hiring 1:1 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to provide individualized support in homes and communities. What You'll Do As a 1:1 DSP, you'll support one individual in their daily life—at home and in the community. Your support is personalized, meaningful, and impactful.
You may:
Provide person-centered support (ADLs, skill-building, behavioral supports) Support community involvement and social connections Assist with errands, shopping, and appointments Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming home Support budgeting, organization, and daily routines Provide transportation to activities and appointments Offer guidance, problem-solving, and advocacy Document daily activities and care No two days look the same—but your impact is always clear.
What We're Looking For:
Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn At least 18 years old Valid U.S. driver's license Reliable transportation with insurance Ability to pass a DHS background check
