We are looking for staff who want to be part of a team that functions like a family, with players who have good communication skills, who like to be on the go, and help household members participate in activities and events in the community. While knowing ASL is not a requirement, you'll be ahead of the game if you know more than a basic vocabulary. This position will include assistance with ADL's and personal cares and consistent supervision at home and in the community. A reliable car, valid driver's license and auto insurance is required, along with the ability to pass a background check. Come be part of this unique, one-of-kind home in Lakeville! We are hiring for various evening and weekend shifts. All training is paid, 18 hours of online and 15-20 on site.

Pay:
