Wings Residential Treatment - Adolescents $15.00-$16.50/hour | Part-time Looking for a meaningful job where your reliability and experience actually matter? Wings is hiring Residential Support Staff to work directly with teens navigating mental health and substance use challenges. This is a relationship-based role — you'll be a consistent, positive adult helping clients build skills, stability, and confidence. We are looking for dependable team members who can stay calm under pressure, communicate well, and help create consistency for both clients and coworkers. Experience in residential, behavioral health, caregiving, or human services is preferred. Some shifts can be challenging — clients may push boundaries or become upset. Staying calm, consistent, and not taking things personally is key to success in this role.
