Blue Sky, Inc. is seeking compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support youth and adults with disabilities and/or mental health diagnoses in a residential setting in Moorhead, MN. What You'll Do:
Provide support and guidance to individuals in daily living activities. Encourage personal growth, independence, and community involvement. Implement positive support strategies to promote successful outcomes. Ensure the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals served. Maintain a supportive, respectful, and positive home environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in direct support, human services, mental health, social services, or a related field. Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record. Ability to pass a background study.
Compensation:
