Job Summary:
Serve as Concordia College's on-site host/liaison for the MMEA All-State Choral Camp, facilitating communication and coordination between MMEA staff and the music department and college. Help ensure facility readiness and provide logistical support for rehearsal, performance, and instructional spaces throughout the event. Support facility-related needs for the choral camp, troubleshooting and coordinating/communicating with MMEA, music department, and other campus staff to address operational issues/needs as they arise. Assist with event setup, participant support, and end-of-camp load-out and checkout activities to ensure a successful camp experience.
