Job Description
Royalty Homes, Inc., a Group home provider, was established in 2005 and currently has 5 homes supporting individuals in Red Wing. We are in search of a compassionate Caregiver who understands the importance of meeting the needs of residents while helping them maintain a high quality of life. We are looking for a committed Caregiver who has impeccable communication skills and is able to problem solve on the spot. Our Caregivers have a reputation of being cheerful and receptive as they administer care to the residents, and we are seeking someone who would be a great fit with our team. Working for Royalty Homes, is like working with family, we are a close-knit group of people that enjoy working with each other and supporting the residents. We have fun while we work and take time to do activities in the community with residents. We offer one of the highest starting wages in the Care provider field in the area. There is the possibility to pick up extra shifts. We also offer a benefit plan that is available to all employees (full or part time)
