As a DSP, you'll provide hands-on support with daily activities while helping the people we serve live meaningful, independent, and fulfilling lives. No experience? No problem! Previous experience is preferred but not required. AXIS provides paid training to help you feel confident and prepared in your role. Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Valid driver's license with a good driving record Able to pass a criminal background check Able to lift up to 50 lbs. Join the AXIS team and make a difference every day!

Direct Duties:

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities, physical disabilities, and mental health diagnoses.
• Assist with activities of daily living, including personal care and hygiene (dressing, bathing/showering, toileting)
• Implement behavior management support as needed
• Administer medications following proper protocols
• Monitor and record vital signs accurately
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals under your care
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations
• Foster a positive and supportive environment for individuals in their home settings and in the community
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, holistic care We have multiple full-time and part-time DSP positions available with various hours and locations available throughout

Ramsey County Fulltime:

• White Bear Township, Full Time 80 hrs/ pay period
• Every Friday 8am-8pm Wednesdays 6am-8pm, every other Tuesday and Thursday 6am-8pm
• White Bear Lake, Full time 72 hrs/pay period
• Every other Monday, Tuesday, Saturday 9am-9pm and Every other Sunday, Wednesday, and Thursday 9am-9pm Part time:
• White Bear Lake, Part time 32 hrs/pay period
• Every other weekend Saturday and Sunday 7am-11pm
• Roseville, Part time 24 hrs/pay period
