Job Description
We are seeking a dependable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our children's home in Rush City. Staff provide supervision and individualized support while helping children maintain safe, structured, and meaningful daily routines. Responsibilities include assisting with personal cares and daily living skills, preparing meals, administering medications as trained, participating in activities and community outings, completing required documentation, and maintaining a clean and safe home. The ideal candidate is patient, reliable, responsible, and enjoys helping children build independence. Applicants must have a valid driver's license and be able to safely transport clients to appointments, activities, and community outings.
