Lead Direct Support Professional Accessible Space, Inc. - 3.0 Saint Anthony, MN Job Details Full-time $21 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications English Full Job Description Accessible Space Inc. is currently seeking a full time Lead Direct Support Professional (Lead DSP) to provide personal care services to adults with physical disabilities, as well as offer encouragement and support for our location in White Bear Lake .
What you will do:
You will assist with activities of daily living, ensuring that residents receive proper medication, assisting with personal cares, preparing meals, and any other necessary job duties to meet the needs and improve the quality of life for the individuals we serve. As a Lead DSP you will also be responsible for observing and communicating appropriate site, staff, and resident information to the Program Manager, as well as serving as the staff member in charge in the absence of the Program Manager. You're qualified for this position if: You are 18+ years of age, have effective verbal and written English communication skills, the ability to problem solve, the ability to perform job functions with little supervision, a sense of caring and the desire to make a difference, and can pass a criminal background check.
