Job Description
Full-Time AHHC is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) or CNA to provide in-home care. Schedule 1: Monday-Sunday 5:00 PM-10:00 PM Schedule 2 : Monday - Thursday 8:00 AM - 2: 00
PM Requirements:
CNA or DSP preferred Hoyer lift experience preferred Willingness to learn how to safely operate a Hoyer lift Reliable and dependable Able to assist with transfers and daily living activities Able to follow the care plan and document services providedResponsibilities:
Assist with transfers using a Hoyer lift Provide personal care and daily living support Follow the client's care plan Document services provided Report changes or concerns to the appropriate staffJob Types:
