Job Description
We are currently hiring for multiple part-time and full-time Direct Support Professional (DSP) positions at our St. Peter, MN, and Le Center, MN locations. All DSP roles require participation in a rotating weekend schedule that includes Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts. The majority of scheduled shifts will be evenings (2pm-10pm) with oppurtunities for mornings (8am-4pm) as needed. As a Direct Support Professional, you will support individuals with mental illnesses residing in Shiloh's Hope Adult Foster Care homes. Your work will focus on teaching and reinforcing a variety of independent living skills tailored to each person's unique needs. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and possess a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and access to a registered and insured vehicle while on site.
