Job Description
Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM At Swine Vet Center (SVC), we partner with pork producers across the Midwest by providing veterinary expertise, research, and practical solutions that improve herd health and production performance. Guided by our commitment to put clients first and do what's right for the pig, our team brings together veterinarians and professionals in warehouse operations, laboratory services, accounting, administration, and human resources to help our clients succeed. We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in a customer-focused role supporting pork producers across the Midwest. This primarily desk-based position is responsible for answering phones, responding to emails, processing orders, and coordinating with distributors to ensure timely and accurate product fulfillment for clients. The ideal candidate has agriculture exeperience and enjoys providing exceptional customer service. Essential Duties Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, assisting with product inquiries, order requests, and general support. Process customer orders and coordinate purchases with distributors and vendors to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Support inventory management activities, including receiving, labeling, documentation, and compliance with protocols. Assist clients with product pickups and provide a positive customer experience. Partner with veterinarians, warehouse team members, and other departments to ensure clients receive the products and service they depend on. Contribute to a safe, organized, and efficient warehouse operation. Work Environment - This is a primarily desk-based position that involves frequent phone, email, and computer work. Occasional warehouse responsibilities include operating a pallet jack and lifting up to 50 pounds.
