Now Hiring:

Individualized Home Supports (IHS) Staff - Saint Peter / Mankato Area Part-Time | 20 Hours/Week Maverick Healthcare Services is seeking a reliable and compassionate Individualized Home Supports (IHS) staff person to assist individuals with in building skills for independent living.

Position Summary:

The staff person will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving the client's community living skills. Services will focus on the client's identified needs in the following areas: Communication skills Community living and mobility Interpersonal and social skills Reduction or elimination of challenging behaviors

Mankato, MN Schedule:

Part-time - 20 hours per week Flexible scheduling based on client needs

Qualifications:

Experience in disability services or direct care preferred Must be dependable, patient, and person-centered Background check and required training (provided if needed) to join a team that values independence, dignity, and support for individuals in their own communities.
