Job Description

Role and Responsibilities:
Effectively use a smartphone and apps that we use to aid in the work we do Teach and/or assist in daily tasks in the person's home: General Cleaning - Light Housekeeping Appointment Tracking and Time management Accompany the People we Serve to their Events and Appointments o Support the individuals' choices and interests Personal Schedule Management as well as working with the People we serve and their Representatives. Effective Communication with Management Team as well as Care Team Participate in the creation and implementation of Care/Support Plans Ensure that documents are current and compliant with current State and Federal Laws Qualifications and Education Requirements- Will Provide Training High School Diploma or GED Valid Driver's License and Insurance Clear Background Check & Fingerprinting First Aid, CPR Certifications
