Monday - Friday We are seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities in a homecare setting. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with diverse abilities in their home and community settings.
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household chores.
• Foster a supportive and empowering environment that encourages individuals to actively participate in decision-making and goal setting.
• Implement individualized care plans and support strategies, ensuring the individual's unique needs and preferences are met.
• Promote community integration and socialization by assisting individuals in participating in recreational activities, community events, and social outings.
• Monitor and document individual progress, behaviors, and any changes in health or well-being, reporting observations to the appropriate supervisor.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, to provide comprehensive care and support.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring the physical and emotional well-being of individuals at all times.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect the privacy rights of individuals and their families.
