Home Health Aide Schedule:
Position includes working every other weekend and every other holiday.
Available Shifts:
10:00-6:30am (16 hours in a two-week pay period)
Pay Range:
$19.10
  • $25.91 per hour (based on experience)

  • Assist clients and residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
  • Support medication administration in accordance with training, care plans, and organizational policies
  • Observe and report changes in physical, emotional, or behavioral condition to nursing staff
  • Document care provided accurately and timely in the electronic charting system
  • Provide companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement
  • Collaborate with nurses and care team members to support individualized care plans
  • Promote dignity, independence, safety, and comfort for those we serve
  • Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and compassionate customer service in daily interactions Minimum Qualifications
  • No prior experience required
  • training provided
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to work independently and make appropriate care-related decisions within scope
  • Strong reliability, dependability, and professionalism
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to document accurately and timely
  • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills
  • Emotional maturity and ability to manage the physical and emotional demands of caregiving Preferred Qualifications
  • Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Previous experience as a Home Health Aide, Nursing Assistant, caregiver, or in a healthcare or senior living setting Rewards That Support You
