Position:

On-Call / PRN Golden Frontier Home Care is seeking dependable and flexible On-Call Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)/Caregivers to join our residential care team in Woodbury. This position is specifically designed for individuals who want flexible, as-needed work and are comfortable picking up open shifts, including shifts that may become available with only a few hours' notice. What We're Looking For We are looking for reliable individuals who can help provide coverage when regular staff are unavailable, call off, or when additional staffing is needed.

Morning shifts Evening shifts Overnight shifts Weekend coverage Last-minute call-off coverage Pre-planned open shifts There are no guaranteed weekly hours. This is an on-call/PRN position. However, dependable team members who consistently accept available shifts may have opportunities for additional hours. Responsibilities Provide respectful, person-centered support to residents Assist residents with daily living needs as required Follow individual care and support plans Prepare or assist with meals Complete required documentation Maintain a safe, clean residential environment Communicate concerns or changes to management Follow company policies and resident safety procedures Arrive on time and remain dependable for all accepted shifts Ideal Candidate We're especially interested in someone who: Has a flexible schedule Can sometimes report to work with a few hours' notice Is comfortable working mornings, evenings, and/or overnight shifts Has reliable transportation Communicates quickly when contacted about available shifts Is dependable once they commit to a shift Can work independently in a residential setting Is interested in picking up additional hours when available Previous caregiving, DSP, group home, assisted living, home care, or healthcare experience is preferred but not necessarily required. Important This is not a position with a guaranteed set schedule . It is intended for someone who wants flexible supplemental hours and can serve as a reliable member of our on-call coverage team.
