Key Responsibilities:

Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, and mobility Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders Companionship, active engagement, and personal support Clear communication with administrative staff and family members regarding care updates

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years of formal caregiving experience (in-home care, facility, or agency setting)

Integrity:

Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and maintain company standards.

Skills:

Strong communication skills, patience, and a high level of empathy
