•Full-Time/Part-Time (Day Shift) Grace Reliant Residential Services Cape Girardeau/Jackson, MO Area Job Summary Grace Reliant is seeking compassionate, dependable Direct Support Professionals to support adults with intellectual/ developmental disabilities in their own homes. In this full-time role, you will help individuals build independence, assist with daily living tasks and personal care, provide transportation, monitor safety, and offer meaningful companionship. Ideal candidates are patient, reliable, and motivated by work that makes a direct impact. Multiple shifts are available in the Cape Girardeau/Jackson, MO area, with competitive pay, development incentives, and optional full benefits. Pay $18.00/hour

Position Summary Overnight DSPs support individuals in their homes by promoting independence, assisting with personal and daily living skills, ensuring safety overnight, and providing companionship and encouragement. This role includes both routine and medically related personal care.
