What You'll Do:
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll provide care and support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You'll assist with daily living skills, social opportunities, and help create a supportive and nurturing environment where clients can thrive.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting clients in daily activities and skill-building tasks Providing companionship and fostering social connections Maintaining a safe, clean, and engaging environment Encouraging independence and building life skills Following individualized care and behavior plans
