Job Description

Now hiring full and part time Direct Support Professionals to support (caretaker) intellectually disabled adults in our residential facilities throughout the Saint Joseph area.
Duties include:
light housekeeping, cooking basic meals, passing medications, assisting individuals with all areas of daily activity, and transporting individuals throughout the community. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour, $19.00 per hour on weekends, plus mileage reimbursement when transporting and, annual retention bonuses. Must be caring, reliable, and able to think on their feet. Must possess a high school diploma or GED and must be able to pass a background check. A valid driver's license, and vehicle with insurance is required. No experience necessary, we will provide all the required paid training. Full time employees receive paid time off
  • -8 paid holidays per year

  • One week of paid vacation upon completion of one year of employment / two weeks upon completion of two years Full time employees can purchase group health insurance, dental and, vision insurance upon completion of a probationary period.
