Direct Support Professional (DSP) $20-$25/hour | Paid Training | No Experience Required Washington | Union | Sullivan, MO Start a Meaningful Career—No Experience Needed ABiLITY is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, certifications, and ongoing support to help you succeed. Pay $20/hour - Part-Time Additional pay may be offered based on verified experience.

Available Shifts Days:

) What You'll Do Assist with daily living activities (meals, hygiene, routines) Support independence and community involvement Administer medications (training provided) Maintain a safe, respectful environment Complete daily documentation Why Work at ABiLITY?
