Job Description
Direct Support Professional (DSP) - Supports with individuals with IDD preferred Are you compassionate, dependable, and looking for a rewarding career helping others live their best lives? We are seeking caring and motivated Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team providing support to adults with developmental disabilities in a residential home setting.
What You'll Do:
Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care as needed Encourage independence, community involvement, and meaningful activities Prepare meals and assist with household tasks Administer medications according to training and company policies Maintain accurate documentation and communication logs Provide a safe, positive, and supportive environment Transport individuals to appointments, activities, and community outingsQualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record Ability to pass background checks and required screenings Compassionate, patient, and reliable Paid Training Provided (Mandatory): We invest in our employees by providing paid training, including: Medication Administration Level 1 (Med Level 1) CPR & First Aid Certification CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Transportation/Driver Training Abuse & Neglect Prevention Person-Centered Support Training Additional state-required DSP training Why Join Our Team?
