Overview Inspiring Faith Home Care Services is seeking compassionate and dependable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) to provide high-quality, client-centered care to elderly and disabled individuals in home and community-based settings. The ideal candidate is committed to enhancing quality of life by assisting with daily activities, promoting independence, and ensuring a safe, respectful, and supportive environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Provide companionship and emotional support to promote overall well-being Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper safety techniques Provide medication reminders according to care plans (no medication administration) Observe and report changes in client condition to supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment through light housekeeping Support clients with dementia or memory-related conditions using individualized care strategies Promote client dignity, independence, and comfort at all times Follow all safety guidelines and agency policies Qualifications Previous experience in home care, assisted living, or caregiving preferred (training available) Knowledge of ADL assistance and basic dementia or memory care practices Ability to perform personal care tasks with compassion and professionalism Strong communication skills and ability to work independently Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred Ability to safely perform physical tasks such as lifting or transferring clients Reliable, patient, empathetic, and committed to quality care Ability to pass a Mississippi background check This position offers a supportive and rewarding work environment where caregivers can grow professionally while making a positive impact in the lives of those served.
