! Job Position Description We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Caregiver to provide personalized, non-medical support and assistance to people in their home. The ideal candidate is patient, empathetic, trustworthy, and committed to improving the client's quality of life by helping them maintain independence and dignity. We are currently looking for qualified caregivers for the Moss Point, Ocean Spring, and Biloxi areas. Shifts can be between 2 hours and 6 hours per day and stacking shifts of 2 or more clients will be an option. Our experienced staff will make sure you know what to expect before arriving on the job and will provide extra training on the job if you need it. LICENSE and good driving record. Responsibilities and Duties Get paid to make a difference in a senior's life and make a new friend! Primarily work in the client's place of residence. Work 1 on 1 with clients. Follow care plan as directed by family members or healthcare professionals Assist with personal care activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and oral hygiene. Support mobility and transfers (e.g., helping clients move in/out of bed, chairs, wheelchairs, or using walkers/canes). Prepare and serve meals, considering dietary restrictions and preferences; perform grocery shopping as needed. Perform light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, dishwashing, vacuuming, dusting, and changing bed linens. Monitor and record vital signs (e.g., blood pressure, temperature, pulse), observe physical and mental condition, intake/output, and report changes to supervisors. Provide medication reminders (for self-administered medications). Help with exercises, range-of-motion activities, or home therapy programs as directed. Run errands, provide transportation to appointments (when authorized), and handle basic administrative tasks like mail or scheduling. Offer companionship, emotional support, and encouragement to promote client well-being.
