Direct Support Professional / Job Coach Empowerment Collective | Bozeman, Montana | Part-Time or Full-Time | $20-22/hr, depending on experience About Us Empowerment Collective partners with individuals with disabilities to help them find and maintain meaningful employment while building the skills and confidence to live more independently. About the Role As a Direct Support Professional / Job Coach, you'll work directly with the individuals we serve, their families, and community partners to support both employment success and personal growth. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role with real opportunity for advancement as you grow with our team. What You'll Do Provide on-the-job coaching and support to help individuals succeed and stay employed Foster relationships with local employers and the community to identify and develop employment opportunities Communicate and problem-solve with employers and management on behalf of the individuals you support Coordinate with families and case managers to align on goals and progress Support individuals in building skills toward greater independence and autonomy Plan and lead social outings and community-based activities Help develop and reinforce life skills and workplace skills Maintain accurate documentation of progress and support provided What We're Looking For A patient, compassionate, and dependable communicator Strong ability to work independently, exercising sound judgment with minimal direct supervision, as well as collaboratively as part of a team Valid driver's license and reliable transportation High school diploma required 2 years of experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred, or 30 semester hours of college credit with at least 15 semester hours in special education, psychology, sociology, counseling, social work, or a related field (preferred) Ability to pass a background check CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain — see below) What We Offer Part-time or full-time schedule options Paid training to set you up for success CPR and First Aid certification provided Room for growth and advancement within the organization Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) Mileage reimbursement Flexible schedule The chance to make a genuine, lasting difference in people's lives Please attach your resume along with a couple of references to apply.
